Data controller
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“KVKK”), the data controller is Furkan ÖZKUL (“PariCode”, “we”).
For any question or request: destek@paricode.net
What we process
The site has no accounts, no checkout and no payment step. Personal data is processed only when you submit the brief form or email us directly.
| Category | Data | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Full name | Entered by you |
| Contact | Email address, phone number (optional) | Entered by you |
| Enquiry | Company name (optional), requested service, preferred timing, message content | Entered by you |
| Technical | Country code of the connection, referring address, submission time | Added automatically by the server |
- Only name, email, service and message are required. Every other field may be left blank.
- We do not store your IP address; the server adds only a country code (for example “TR”).
- No special category data (health, religion, biometrics and similar) is collected. Please do not include such information in the message field.
Why we process it
- To assess your request and prepare a written quote
- To communicate with you before and after the quote
- To carry out the preparatory stage of a possible contract
- To filter automated or abusive submissions and keep the site secure
- To defend legal claims should any arise
Your data is never used for marketing, profiling or advertising. We do not send promotional email unrelated to your request, and we never sell your data.
Legal basis
Processing relies on the following grounds under KVKK art. 5/2:
- art. 5/2-c — directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract. Your quote request is the preparatory stage of a possible contract.
- art. 5/2-f — our legitimate interest, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. Site security and spam filtering fall here.
- art. 5/2-e — necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
How it is collected
Data is collected entirely electronically, through the form on this site and on the basis of your own declaration. If you email us directly, the information contained in your email is processed.
International transfer
Because the providers listed above operate servers outside Türkiye, your data is transferred abroad within the meaning of KVKK art. 9. This transfer is necessary for your request to be handled and for a contract to be formed.
If you would rather your data not be transferred abroad, contact us by phone or in a call instead of using the form.
How long we keep it
| Situation | Retention |
|---|---|
| Enquiries that do not lead to a quote | 12 months from the last correspondence |
| Enquiries that lead to a contract | For the duration of the contract and the applicable limitation periods thereafter |
| Records required by law | For the period prescribed by the relevant legislation |
Once the period expires, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised. You may request deletion before these periods elapse.
Security
- Site and form traffic is encrypted end to end over HTTPS.
- Form data is not kept in a database; it is delivered as email and stored in the mailbox.
- Mailbox access rests with the data controller alone and is protected by two-step verification.
- SPF and DKIM records are configured for the domain, making spoofed email harder to send in our name.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may apply to the data controller and request to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose and whether the data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction where data is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request erasure or destruction within the conditions set by law
- Request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties the data was transferred to
- Object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis
- Claim compensation where you suffer damage from unlawful processing
How to apply
Send your request to destek@paricode.net. Please include enough information to verify your identity and state the subject of your request clearly.
Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. Where the process incurs a cost, the tariff set by the Board may be charged.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, or receive no reply in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
Children
This site is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. If we become aware of such data, we delete it without delay.
Changes
This notice may be updated if our services or the legislation change. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top is revised.
